By creating an account or using any part of the AnyID platform (anyid.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including individuals, professionals, businesses, and vehicle owners.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an AnyID account. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You own the content you add to your AnyID profile. By publishing it, you grant AnyID a non-exclusive licence to display that content as part of your public profile. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your profile content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. AnyID does not verify or endorse any claims made on user profiles.

You agree not to use AnyID to publish false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate another person or organisation; post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or obscene; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts; use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform; or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform or its users.

AnyID provides appointment booking as a convenience tool between profile owners and their clients. AnyID is not a party to any appointment or agreement made through the platform. We are not responsible for missed appointments, cancellations, disputes, or the quality of any service rendered. All such matters are solely between the profile owner and the client.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. AnyID reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

AnyID offers a free plan with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice to existing users. Features available on the free plan may change as the product evolves.

The AnyID name, logo, platform design, and codebase are the intellectual property of AnyID and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. User-generated profile content remains the property of the respective user.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. AnyID reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform, without prior notice. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

AnyID is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information published on any user profile.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnyID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to AnyID in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of AnyID after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
