Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you create an AnyID profile, we collect the information you voluntarily provide - such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, bio, services, and any other details you choose to add to your profile.

Information collected automatically

When someone visits your profile or scans your QR code, we may collect basic usage data such as the number of views and scans. We do not collect visitor identities or personal information of people who view your profile.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve AnyID, display your profile to visitors, send you important account and service notifications, and provide customer support. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not build advertising profiles.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not display ads on your profile or anywhere on the platform. We do not share your information with marketing companies. We do not use your data to train AI models or sell insights derived from your data.

Your Profile Visibility

Public information

Information you add to your AnyID profile is visible to anyone who visits your profile link or scans your QR code. Only add information to your profile that you are comfortable sharing publicly.

Private controls

You can choose to hide specific details from your public profile at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and all associated data from our platform.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers located in India. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure and we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

Cookies

AnyID uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and make the platform function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

AnyID integrates with certain third-party services to enhance your experience - such as Google Meet for appointment video calls and Razorpay for payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum information necessary with these services for them to function.

Children's Privacy

AnyID is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of AnyID after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
